Loraclear is an antihistamine used for the relief of symptoms associated with perennial and seasonal rhinitis (Hayfever), such as sneezing, nasal discharge and itching, as well as itching and burning of the eyes.
Loraclear is also used for the relief of symptoms and signs of chronic urticaria (hives) and other allergic skin disorder.
Ingredients:
Loratadine 10mg and lactose.
Precautions (check with pharmacist before use if any of the following apply):
If you have liver disease or any other medical condition.
If you are taking any other medicines (especially ketoconazole, erythromycin or cimetidine).
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
Dosage:
Adults & Children over 12 years: One tablet daily
Children 2-12 years over 30kg: One tablet daily
Children 2-12 years under 30kg: Half a tablet daily
No not give to children under 2 years of age.
Warnings:
This medicine may cause drowsiness in some people. If you have any of these symptoms, do not drive, operate machinery or do anything else that could be dangerous.
Side effects: Drowsiness, tiredness, headache, increased appetite, difficulty sleeping, nervousness and dry mouth.
